Butternut Squash with Jamaican
Allspice and Coconut

1 large butternut squash
1/4 cup grated coconut (unsweetened)
1/4 stick of butter
1/2 tsp Jamaican All Spice
Salt to taste

Cut squash lengthwise and remove seeds.  Turn
face down in a baking pan and bake at 350
degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.  Remove
cooked squash and mix in spices, coconut and
butter while warm.  Serve hot
