The Gleaning Field Foundation serves the homeless and
poor in North San Diego County, CA. We distribute
necessities, hot meals, clean clothes, back packs and
sleeping bags to those living on the street. Also we
distribute food boxes to low income families, back packs
of school supplies to children of low income families. At
Christmas time we participate in the Angel Tree program
for children of incarcerated individuals. Weekly we
deliver food to Local Senior residential park in vista.
I addition to meeting the physical needs of our
beneficiaries, we also bring them the Gospel of Jesus
Christ; a message of encouragement and hope during
personal times of great difficulty. This summer, at the
request of our friends in the homeless community, The
Gleaning Field Foundation opened a church without
walls in Wild Wood Park, Vista, CA. Our sanctuary is the
shade of a large and ancient tree. In His Cross Ministries
holds a worship service, which I lead, shares the Word,
prayer for those in need and ministers the Holy Spirit on
1st, 3rd and 4th Sundays at 1pm. Then we serve lunch
and enjoy fellowship in the park. Please join us if you
are interested.
This foundation is completely run by volunteers. No one
draws a salary or any form of monetary compensation.
We do this work for the joy of serving our Lord and
Savior, Jesus Christ. The foundation survives by the
grace of God and His mighty goodness. We receive no
federal or state funding. We receive donations from
businesses and individuals that help us continue our
work. We are a Christian faith based organization that
welcomes all individuals from any belief to participate in
serving the poor with us. Our beneficiaries are of all
races. For more information and to help out contact

In addition to serving on the board of this organization
and volunteering my services as CIO, I do what I can to
raise funds for them and 30% of all proceeds from my
jewelry sales goes to support them. Click on my jewelry
