Smoky Vegetarian Greens
1 bag of frozen Mustard greens
1 bag of Frozen Turnip greens
1/4 diced onion
2 pieces of garlic diced fine
1 tsp smoke seasoning
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
2 tsp black pepper (more or less if you want it spicy or not)
1 tbsp olive oil

I use frozen greens for convenience but you can use fresh.
You can use this recipe for any type of greens but some
take longer to cook.  Just make sure to wash and rinse
them thoroughly.  Place oil in stew pot and heat on
medium heat.  Add diced onion and garlic.  Sauté until
golden brown.  Add 2 cups of water, Worcestershire,
smoke seasoning, vinegar and pepper.  Bring to a boil.  
Add greens and cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until tender.  
Collard or Kale greens take at least 2 hours before they will
be tender.
