Fresh Cranberry Relish
1 bag of fresh cranberries
1 large navel orange
1pack of cranberry Jello
1cup orange juice
1 cup of cranberry juice
Sweetener (KAL Stevia preferably for lower carbs)
1tsp Vanilla

Cut orange in quarters and blend together with
cranberries orange juice. Dissolve jello in 1 cup of
boiling water.  Add cranberry juice, vanilla and
bended fruit.  Sweeten to taste.  Chill for 2-3 hours.  
Serve a fresh relish with poultry or as a desert.  
Great over Vanilla ice cream.
